Full Speed Ahead After Holiday! ARTECH CNC COMPANY Ramps Up Production of Robotic Milling Equipment

While the warmth of the holiday still lingers, the clarion call for production has already sounded. Recently, ARTECH CNC COMPANY, a firm specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of Robot Milling Robots, concluded its post-holiday break and officially resumed operations. Dozens of intelligent robotic milling units in the workshop were activated simultaneously, with the precise movements of mechanical arms interweaving with the sparks of metal processing. All employees quickly returned to their posts to dive into production, kicking off the new year’s journey with full enthusiasm.
In the company’s core assembly workshop, reporters witnessed operators in uniform work clothes adjusting robot parameters via the Siemens Sinumerik One control system, while technicians conducted precision calibration on milling robots equipped with hybrid drive systems. “This batch of six-axis milling robots, soon to be delivered, can achieve a manufacturing tolerance of ±0.1 mm and is specifically designed for aerospace component processing,” introduced the production supervisor, pointing to the operating equipment. “To ensure stable production from day one of resumption, we completed maintenance on the transmission systems of all equipment series before the holiday. The equipment startup rate reached 100% on the first day back, and the first robot has passed precision testing.”
Behind the efficiency of the resumption lies the support of full industrial chain autonomy. It is understood that as an enterprise mastering core technologies in robotic milling, ARTECH CNC COMPANY independently develops and produces key components such as servo systems and RV reducers. During the holiday, the administrative department conducted a thorough check of employees’ return intentions through online channels, ultimately achieving a 98% attendance rate. Meanwhile, the logistics team upgraded the constant temperature and humidity system in the production area to provide a stable environment for the assembly of high-precision equipment.
Ample orders serve as a “shot in the arm” for the resumption of production and operations. The head of the marketing department revealed that post-holiday orders have been scheduled through the third quarter, covering three major fields: aerospace, new energy vehicles, and high-end equipment. “Overseas orders have increased by 30% year-on-year. Alone, European aerospace clients have placed orders for 20 large linear-axis milling robots, which will be used for aircraft vertical stabilizer processing,” the director stated. In response to the demand for integrated die-casting component processing in the automotive industry, the company has launched a two-shift production model, aiming to increase first-quarter output value by 25% year-on-year.
On the bulletin board in the workshop’s rest area, the slogan “Craft Robots with Meticulous Care, Expand Markets with Relentless Pursuit of Excellence” stands out prominently. Technician Master Li, who had just completed robot load testing, wiped the sweat from his forehead and said, “Our technical team has optimized the path control algorithm, enabling us to improve the processing precision of 7-meter-long workpieces to 0.15 mm.” This atmosphere of technological breakthrough is evident across all positions: the R&D team is debugging collaborative milling robots, the quality inspection department has introduced laser measurement systems, and the logistics sector uses RFID chips for traceability. All links work in synergy to ensure order delivery.
“Resuming work means launching a decisive battle; taking the first step means sprinting forward,” said the company’s leader at the work resumption mobilization meeting. “2025 is a crucial year for capacity upgrading. In addition to ensuring the delivery of existing orders, we will add 3 new intelligent production lines, focusing on the production of high-load milling robots. It is expected that the annual production capacity will increase to 120 million yuan. ‘The new production lines will realize full-process automation from component processing to robot final assembly. After commissioning in the second quarter, they will be able to meet the mass processing needs of new energy vehicle turbine disks.’”
As the first two high-precision milling robots passed the on-site inspection by aerospace clients and were packaged for delivery, ARTECH CNC COMPANY kicked off the new year’s production with a down-to-earth approach. In the workshop filled with the hum of machinery, the precise operation of each robot carries the strength of “Made in China.” This enterprise, dedicated to robotic milling technology, is sprinting toward a “strong start” to the new year with full passion.
