In terms of protective design, the safety enclosures are integrally formed with high-strength cold-rolled steel plates, featuring corrosion-resistant surface treatment and an impact resistance of 120J. They can effectively block metal chips and cutting fluid splashing during the milling process, preventing harm to operators. Meanwhile, they are equipped with full-view explosion-proof observation windows made of double-layer tempered glass with a light transmittance of 92%, allowing operators to monitor the equipment's operating status in real time without compromising protection against high-speed splashes.
