Robotic arms equipped with Yaskawa servo motors and controllers from Japan undergo repeat positioning accuracy testing after assembly on intelligent production lines, ensuring errors are within ±0.07mm to meet the rigorous demands of precision processing. In the workshop, engineers convert 3D model data provided by clients into robot trajectories via Rob Code software, paired with the Smart Mill automatic programming system, enabling full automation of complex 3D modeling and sculpture processing.
On-site client acceptance has become a highlight of the factory. Mr. Balut, a client from the United States, is inspecting his customized milling robot. Real-time viewing of equipment operating parameters via a tablet, he watched as the robot precisely completed milling of complex curved surfaces under the engineer’s demonstration, achieving a surface roughness of Ra0.2 or lower—an industry high standard. “From 3D model design to final product delivery, ARTECH Cnc’s customized service exceeds expectations. This equipment will perfectly fit our wood carving production line,” Mr. Balut stated while signing the acceptance report. It is understood that ARTECH Cnc can flexibly provide 6-axis or 7-axis configurations based on different client needs, and even meet large-scale product processing requirements by adding workpiece rotation table systems or guide rail mobile bases.
Strict testing processes are the core guarantee of product quality. Each Milling Robot must pass three rounds of inspections before leaving the factory: first, an 8-hour continuous no-load operation test to ensure mechanical structure stability; second, a load processing test to verify cutting precision and efficiency by simulating actual client production scenarios; third, a safety performance test to ensure 100% effectiveness of safety facilities such as emergency stop devices and light curtain protection. All test data is uploaded to a digital management platform in real time, forming traceable product quality files, ensuring every delivered equipment meets international certification standards such as CE and FDA.
