Artech CNC Company Delivers Custom Robotic Production Line Solution for Client

Artech CNC Company, a professional manufacturer of CNC equipment and industrial automation systems, has recently completed a customized engineering solution for one of its industrial customers, realizing an intelligent robotic processing production line.

The tailor-made production line adopts multi-joint industrial robotic arms paired with long linear guide rail mobile platforms. Two sets of orange robotic manipulators are deployed on the line. One robot is installed on the extended linear track, which can move along the long track to perform continuous grabbing, positioning and processing operations; the other independent robot works on the side feeding station, responsible for material loading and auxiliary handling. The whole line is equipped with material positioning fixtures, conveying racks and integrated control cabinet, forming a complete automatic workflow from raw material feeding, workpiece handling, in-line processing to finished product output.

Before the project delivery, the Artech CNC technical team communicated in depth with the client to analyze the production cycle, workpiece specifications and automation requirements. The team optimized the layout of robots, linear tracks and auxiliary stations, verified the motion logic and process sequence through simulation, and finally built this highly integrated intelligent production line.

After commissioning, the automated line greatly reduces manual intervention, improves production consistency and operational safety, and effectively boosts the customer’s production capacity. The customer expressed high satisfaction with the overall layout, stable operation performance and customized engineering design of the solution.
