ARTECH CNC Starts Custom Stone Statue Carving for Client, Intelligent Processing in Progress

ARTECH CNC Company has officially launched the custom stone statue carving project for a global sculpture client. All processing work is carried out in the company’s intelligent CNC workshop, adopting advanced milling robot arm equipment to complete full digital carving of customized stone statues, marking the official start of the customized stone art processing task.

The client ordered a high-end customized natural stone statue, which has complex 3D curved structures and delicate detail requirements that cannot be accurately completed by traditional manual carving and ordinary mechanical equipment. In the early stage of the project, ARTECH CNC’s technical team completed 3D model docking, stone material inspection and processing path simulation debugging, fully optimizing the carving scheme according to the client’s design drawings and artistic standards.

At present, the stone statue processing is in the rough carving and preliminary shaping stage. The high-precision milling robot arm runs stably at a fast speed, efficiently completing the overall contour cutting and basic shaping of the stone material. The equipment realizes automatic operation throughout the whole process, effectively avoiding manual processing errors and laying a solid foundation for the subsequent fine carving and surface finishing work.

The technical person in charge of ARTECH CNC stated that the team will strictly control every processing link, follow the standardized process to complete fine carving, detail polishing and quality inspection step by step, and ensure that the finished stone statue fully meets the client’s high-precision and high-artistry customization requirements.
