ARTECH CNC Finishes Professional Packing & Shipment of Custom Milling Robot Arm for Overseas Client

Recently, the custom 6-axis milling carving robot arm tailored by ARTECH CNC COMPANY for an overseas sculpture processing client has passed full inspection, protective packaging and standardized wooden crate packing. The complete machine is fully loaded for delivery and will be shipped to the client’s production plant soon. The client specializes in processing large foam landscape models, 3D stone reliefs and irregular art crafts. After reaching the cooperation agreement for customized robotic milling equipment, the whole project covered solution design, machine assembly, multi-round factory commissioning and trial carving, as well as on-site acceptance inspection by the client. All indexes including machining precision and long-running stability meet the client’s production requirements, moving forward to shipment procedure. To guarantee safety during long-distance sea transportation, ARTECH CNC adopted customized thick sealed solid wooden crates for complete machine packaging. Before packing, our technical team implemented multi-layer dustproof, moisture-proof and anti-collision protection for core components including KUKA robot spindle, servo motors, electrical control cabinet, wiring harness and rotary worktable. The precision carving spindle is individually wrapped with buffer foam, and robot arm joints are locked to prevent shifting during transit. Reinforced support frames are installed inside crates, with international shipping marks of moisture-proof, fragile and upright printed outside. Complete sets of operation manuals, spare parts, tool kits and customs documents are attached together. The person in charge of packaging stated that the whole packing procedure complies with export machinery packaging standards. We took photos to archive the full packaging process and labeled all core parts separately, enabling the client to unpack, assemble and debug the machine efficiently after arrival. The client watched the whole packing process remotely and fully recognized our thorough and reliable packaging solution. The shipment of this milling robot arm marks the delivery phase of this cooperation project.
