Recently, the technical team of ARTECH CNC COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as "ARTECH CNC") carried out a functional test of the milling Robot Arm for a customer at the factory site. The core goal was to verify the equipment's carving performance for foam models. With its precise processing results and efficient testing process, the team won immediate recognition from the customer.

This test was tailored to the customer's core business of foam model production (including architectural sand table components and film/television props). The technical team pre-adjusted foam-specific milling parameters in advance, optimizing the robot arm's rotation speed and feed rate to the optimal range for foam materials, which prevented issues like edge chipping and deformation during processing. During the test, the team imported the foam model design drawings provided by the customer; the milling Robot Arm quickly responded to instructions and automatically completed positioning and milling operations. It took only 30 minutes to carve a 1-meter-tall architectural sand table foam component. The component featured clear surface textures, and the dimensional error of details such as window grids and lines was ≤0.1mm, fully meeting the customer's precision requirements.

"Being able to produce qualified foam models right at the on-site test, the equipment's performance exceeds expectations!" a customer representative said after inspecting the finished product. He added that the automated carving capability of the milling Robot Arm can significantly reduce the time consumption and errors of traditional manual production, providing strong support for the customer's subsequent capacity expansion.
